Schedule your Therapy Appointment

Counseling sessions are 50-minutes in length. I typically meet with clients at a set time every week, and I have availability Monday through Thursday. Please email me at katie@wisdomwithin.me to schedule your first appointment. 

Fees

  • Individual Counseling: $150 per 50-minutes
  • Couples Counseling: $200 per 50-minutes

Payment is due at each appointment.

Insurance

I am a provider on the below health insurance panels. If you’re covered by one of these plans, I can bill your carrier directly.

  • PacificSource
  • Moda

If you don’t see your provider listed above, I can bill your carrier electronically under your out-of-network benefits or provide you with a receipt of services. Please contact your insurance company directly and ask them the following questions:

  1. I’m hoping to meet with a therapist who is outside of my insurance network, and I will be paying them directly, $150/$200 per session. What are my out-of-network benefits? Specifically, how much of the $150/$200 will I be reimbursed through my plan?
  2. The therapist will give me a Superbill (receipt) for my appointments; do you have a specific form I need to complete in addition to the Superbill in order to get reimbursed? Where do I send this form(s)?
  3. How many days can I expect my reimbursement to take?
  4. Will I be receiving a check or will the money be deposited into my bank account?
If your insurance carrier doesn’t cover out-of-network providers, we can discuss other alternatives to ensure you are able to get affordable care. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this process.

Cancellation

If you’re unable to make it due to weather, illness or an emergency, please let me know at your earliest convenience. You may cancel your appointment up to 24-hours in advance at no charge. If I don’t hear from you at least 24-hours prior to your appointment, and you’re unable to make it, you will be billed a $100 cancellation fee.
